Why use our web support?
Our helpdesk is designed to provide you with up to 24/7 access to our specialist team of technical consultants.
We provide support for all technical, operational and application issues relating to web site implementations and content management based solutions.
Our technical consultants are fully accredited by the following content management vendors:
- EPiServer
- Alterian - Immediacy
- Open Text - Livelink WCM PS, Obtree C4 and RedDot
- SiteCore
To use our helpdesk you pre-purchase blocks of 40 units. You are then free to call-off against them as required where 60 minutes equals 1 unit (minimum charge 15 minutes) in standard working hours and 60 minutes equals 1.5 units (minimum charge 30 minutes) in non-standard hours. Access to non-standard hours cover is subject to an annual subscription fee.
